Who is Proposal Engine Care for?
Teams who have already run a Proposal Engine build (with us or with a prior partner) and want the system kept sharp instead of degrading between projects. It is the retainer layer on top of a live Proposal Engine implementation.
How is Proposal Engine Care different from PandaDoc Ongoing Support?
Ongoing Support is our general PandaDoc retainer for any client. Proposal Engine Care is specifically for the flagship Proposal Engine tier: it covers the full stack we built (templates, CRM data flow, CPQ rules, and optional AI drafting) as one system, and includes quarterly performance reviews focused on quoting velocity and accuracy.
Do we have to be an existing Proposal Engine client?
Almost always yes. Care is designed for systems we built or systems that match the Proposal Engine architecture. If you have a complex PandaDoc setup from another partner and want us to take it over, book a call and we will audit it first.
How much does Proposal Engine Care cost?
Monthly retainer, scoped to the surface area we are maintaining: template count, integration depth, CPQ complexity, and whether Autopilot AI drafting is in the mix. You get a fixed monthly number in the Care proposal. No hourly surprises.
What happens if we need a bigger change than a tune-up?
Care covers upkeep, tuning, and small additions. If your team needs a new integration, a full template rebuild, or an AI drafting rollout, that becomes a scoped project on top of Care. We quote it fixed-scope like any other engagement.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is by email with 30 days notice. There are two terms: an annual term at the lower rate, and a flexible term with a three month minimum that then runs monthly. We would rather you stayed because Care is landing, not because a contract said so.
